We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your resume data, career history, contact information, and usage analytics. We may also generate derived data (such as skill vectors) via our AI processing.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide the Optima CV services. This includes generating your AI proxy, calculating Career Health scores, and enabling employers to evaluate your fit for open roles.

3. Data Sharing & Employer Access

When you make your profile available to employers or apply to a role, they are granted access to a sanitized version of your profile and can interact with your AI proxy. We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers.

4. Data Security

We employ strict Row Level Security (RLS) in our database and use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. However, no internet transmission is entirely secure.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account will remove your raw data, though anonymized analytics may be retained.
