3. User Responsibilities & AI Content

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data provided. While our AI assists in generating and adapting content, you must review and verify all information. Falsifying career data may result in account termination.

4. Usage Limits & Fair Use

To maintain service quality, we enforce fair usage limits on AI features (e.g., "Grill the Agent", Agentic Introductions). These limits vary by subscription tier. Attempting to bypass these limits or abusing the API is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Optima CV provides the platform "as is". We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, lost opportunities, or potential inaccuracies generated by AI. We do not guarantee job placements.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
